The Role:
We’re looking for a commission-only Business Development Manager who thrives on closing deals, building relationships, and driving growth. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for bringing new organizations onto the Kannect platform. This is a high-reward opportunity for self-starters who want uncapped earning potential.
What You’ll Do:
Prospect and generate leads in target industries (higher ed, chambers, coworking, nonprofits, sports teams, and more)
Conduct demos and present Kannect’s value proposition in a compelling, consultative way
Build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities and manage all stages of the sales cycle
Close deals and negotiate pricing for both pilot programs and full SaaS subscriptions
Collaborate with the team to refine messaging, strategy, and onboarding for new clients
