·       Internal Customer Satisfaction: Quality and effectiveness of deliverables provided to internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project lifecycle: initiation, planning, schedule development (Gantt), task definition, risk management, timeline deviation alerts, execution tracking, and project closure.
  • Work closely with department managers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure full alignment and synchronization across all interfaces.
  • Establish dashboards and KPIs, implement reporting routines, and manage escalation processes to track and improve project performance.

Requirements:

  • Industrial Engineering & Management (strong advantage), Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • 3–5 years of project management experience in operations, manufacturing, or supply chain environments.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) – significant advantage.
  • Advanced Excel skills, ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite), Project management tools (MS Project, Monday.com, Asana)
  • Ability to understand how changes in one area impact the entire value chain, including dependencies and critical paths.
  • Ability to derive insights and conclusions from complex data sets.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate stakeholders without direct managerial authority (matrix management).
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects while meeting tight deadlines.
