Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle: initiation, planning, schedule development (Gantt), task definition, risk management, timeline deviation alerts, execution tracking, and project closure.
- Work closely with department managers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure full alignment and synchronization across all interfaces.
- Establish dashboards and KPIs, implement reporting routines, and manage escalation processes to track and improve project performance.
Requirements:
- Industrial Engineering & Management (strong advantage), Business Administration, or equivalent.
- 3–5 years of project management experience in operations, manufacturing, or supply chain environments.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) – significant advantage.
- Advanced Excel skills, ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite), Project management tools (MS Project, Monday.com, Asana)
- Ability to understand how changes in one area impact the entire value chain, including dependencies and critical paths.
- Ability to derive insights and conclusions from complex data sets.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate stakeholders without direct managerial authority (matrix management).
- Manage multiple concurrent projects while meeting tight deadlines.
