Senior Agile Coach

Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and experienced senior coach to help strengthen agile ways of working and enable value delivery across our Logistics Tribe. This role goes beyond traditional agile coaching - you will support strategic alignment, foster product maturity, and embed an agile mindset that connects teams’ work to measurable outcomes.

As a Senior Coach, you will be a trusted partner that work closely with tribe leadership, product owners, and teams to facilitate alignment, coach for delivering impact, and promote continuous improvement.

You will be part of the Technology & Innovation Division and report to the Chapter Lead for the Agile Chapter.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support Strategic Alignment: Help teams and leaders connect their work to tribe priorities and business goals.

  • Enable OKRs & Quarterly Planning: Facilitate quarterly planning and OKR sessions, ensuring objectives are outcome-focused and aligned.

  • Facilitate Tribe Cadence: Co-create and run key events such as Tribe Alignments, Quarterly Wrap-Ups, and cross-team collaboration forums.

  • Advance Agile Maturity: Promote a culture of learning and value delivery over process compliance within the Logistic Tribe and as part of the Agile Chapter.

  • Coach for Impact: Provide hands-on coaching to teams and product leaders on outcome thinking, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven decisions.

About You

To succeed in this role, you bring:

  • Agile Experience: Solid experience applying agile principles at scale with a focus on outcomes.

  • Strategic Awareness: Ability to understand and support alignment between strategy and execution.

  • B2B Expertise: Experience working in a B2B context and understanding how to deliver business impact.

  • Product & Agile Knowledge: Strong understanding of product management and agile frameworks.

  • OKR Familiarity: Experience facilitating OKRs and using them as tools for impact and communication.
