At the heart of our strategy, we are looking for an experienced Senior Engineer (CI/CD) to join the Release and Environment Management (REM) team to support deployment operations and CICD platform engineering for Azqore IT.
👨🔧 Your responsibilities
Ensure the availability and stability of non-production (DEV, INT, SIM, UAT, etc)
Investigate and resolve deployment failures and environment issues across environments
Support and improve CI/CD pipelines used for application deployments
Perform root cause analysis for CI/CD pipeline failures, infrastructure issues, and deployment errors
Work with Jenkins, Gitlab CI/CD and XL Release/ XL Deploy pipelines for deployment automation
Develop and maintain automation scripts to improve deployment and operation processes
Contribute to continuous improvement of deployments governance, automation and monitoring capabilities
Collaborate with Digital Infra teams on platform and infrastructure topics including Cloud application migration
🧙♂️ Your core competencies
More than 10 Years of Relevant experience in Release & Environment Management, CI/CD or DevOps
Strong knowledge of Release & Deployment Management processes
Experience managing CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments
Ability to debug deployment failures, merge conflicts, and CI/CD pipeline issues
Experience troubleshooting environment availability and performance issues
Strong Troubleshooting Knowledge:
Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across CI/CD pipelines, development environments, and application workflows
Skilled in analyzing logs, identifying root causes, and implementing long‑term fixes
Comfortable troubleshooting across multiple tools and technologies, including GitLab, Jenkins, COBOL Eclipse
Ability to develop automation scripts to improve operational efficiency
Experience designing, implementing and maintaining CI/CD infrastructure and tools
Experience working with Git, Jenkins, Nexus, Maven, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible or similar DevOps tools
Hands-on experience working in Unix/Linux environment along with windows OS.
Hands-on experience migrating applications from on-premise into Cloud technology
Experience deploying applications across multiple environments (DEV, INT, SIM, UAT)
Good inter-team collaboration skills for BAU and project initiatives.
Experience in Core Banking system is a strong advantage
