Job Overview
You will operate at the core of strategic partnerships and licensing activities within an international pharmaceutical environment. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing relationships linked to licensing agreements across a global portfolio. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will ensure alignment, execution, and performance of ongoing collaborations. This is a highly cross-functional role combining analysis, coordination, and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
Manage and monitor licensing agreements across an international portfolio
Coordinate interactions between internal stakeholders and external partners
Support negotiations and contractual updates when required
Ensure smooth execution and follow-up of partnership activities
Analyze business, operational, and financial data related to agreements
Identify risks and propose mitigation actions
Support the implementation of portfolio-related strategies
Collaborate cross-functionally on various business-critical initiatives
Requirements
Degree in Business, Economics, Law, or a related field
2-3 years of experience in pharma, ideally in licensing, partnerships, or project management
Understanding of licensing agreements and international business environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
Fluent in English (mandatory)
Additional languages are a plus
