We are seeking an FP&A & Cashflow Manager who combines strategic and commercial vision with a deep analytical mindset and operational excellence. This role will play a leading part in high-impact financial decision-making, collaborating closely with executive teams and key business units in a challenging and constantly evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Design and optimize financial models to support business expansion.
Strategically manage cash flow and liquidity projections.
Act as a Business Partner to various departments, providing financial insight for commercial and operational decisions.
Analyze scenarios and anticipate risks, proposing concrete improvements.
Drive reporting and automation tools (Power BI or other analytical solutions).
Profile Requirements
Solid experience in FP&A and strategic cash flow management.
Advanced financial modeling capabilities.
Proactive, results-oriented mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities and transform challenges into concrete solutions.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI preferred).
Experience interacting with executive or regional teams.
Advanced English proficiency (Portuguese is a plus).
