Videoconferencing technician | Técnico de videoconferencia con inglés

We are looking for a Videoconferencing technician to work with one of our clients in the pharmaceutical industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES 🚀:

• Room Check
• Batteries of all material used
• Phone with GSD number in place
• System check: Polycom cameras are functioning correctly and follow the participants
• Click to join working properly
• Mute button and Mics working properly
• Show content and Clickshare functions working properly
• Polycom Immersive Telepresence (ITP) Cleaning
• Planning of the Rooms preparations and interventions according to the requests received from users.
• Support (when requested by users and on the spot in case of incidents) at the start of the meetings or during the meetings.
• Help the Onsite Support Team when down moments in VDC (ViDeoConference) activities.
• 14 Videoconference rooms in Spain.

SCHEDULE 🕘:

• 08-17h from Monday to Friday (flexible)
• 100% On-site (Sant Cugat del Vallès)
