About the Role!


We are looking for a proactive and service-minded IT Support Specialist to provide technical support across our organization and assist customers using our SaaS platform. You’ll troubleshoot issues, maintain systems, and ensure reliable IT operations in a cloud-driven organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first and second-line technical support to internal teams across the globe

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and internet access issues

  • Support users with access, permissions, and SaaS platform issues

  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees (accounts, devices, access)

  • Maintain documentation for IT processes and systems as well as compliance

Requirements
  • Thrive in and is motivated by IT support, helpdesk, or technical support roles

  • Familiarity with SaaS organisations and cloud-based environments

  • A nothing is impossible attitude. Willingness to learn and adapt to the user

  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
