Job Overview
Workster is recruiting Romanian-speaking Customer Service Advisors for an international customer experience project based in Lisbon, Portugal.
This is a great opportunity to join a multicultural, fast-growing team supporting customers of a well-known global brand. You will work in a modern office in Lisbon with structured training and the possibility to transition to a hybrid model after successful onboarding.
Your Role
Provide customer support in Romanian via phone, email and chat
Assist customers with product enquiries, orders, reservations and general requests
Deliver professional, friendly and solution-oriented service to ensure high customer satisfaction
Handle customer complaints and find appropriate solutions within agreed timeframes
Process and update customer information accurately in internal systems
Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and flag recurring issues to relevant teams
Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to resolve cases efficiently
Maintain quality standards, follow company procedures and meet performance targets
Your Qualifications
Native-level fluency in Romanian
Good command of English (B2 or above)
Previous experience in customer service or related roles is an advantage but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused mindset with effective problem-solving abilities
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Good computer skills and ability to multitask
Team player with a proactive and positive attitude
Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
