We are now looking for a Facility Manager with a technical focus to take full operational responsibility for one of our international clients’ offices in Helsinki.

About the role 🚀

As a Facility Manager, you have full operational responsibility for the day-to-day Facility Management delivery at the client’s office in Helsinki. The role has a strong technical focus, where you ensure that the workplace, building services, and technical systems function optimally, safely, and in line with agreed requirements.

You lead the local delivery, coordinate suppliers, and act as the client’s primary point of contact on site. The role is clearly operational but also includes a development aspect, where you continuously work to improve services, processes, and the overall workplace experience.

Over time, the role may evolve to include responsibility or involvement in other Nordic locations, depending on business needs and development. However, the current focus is fully on the Helsinki site.

You report to the Contract Director and work closely with the wider Four FM organization.

You will, among other things: 🔧📊
  • Lead and ensure the daily operational FM delivery at the client’s Helsinki office.

  • Take responsibility for technical FM areas, including building systems, maintenance, and technical suppliers.

  • Coordinate and follow up on subcontractors and service providers.

  • Ensure compliance with contracts, SLAs, KPIs, and safety requirements.

  • Act as the main point of contact for the client on site.

  • Follow up on budget, costs, and service quality within the assignment.

  • Drive continuous improvement and contribute to developing services and ways of working.

  • Ensure compliance with local legislation, HSE requirements, and Four FM processes.

In short: you own the operational delivery at site – with a strong technical focus.

You are a hands-on, structured, and solution-oriented Facility Manager who enjoys being close to the operation. You take ownership, communicate clearly, and are comfortable working independently in a client-facing role.

We believe you have:

  • Experience in Facility Management, preferably with a technical focus.

  • Experience working with buildings, technical systems, maintenance, or technical service providers.

  • Good understanding of contracts, service delivery, and supplier management.

  • A structured and proactive way of working.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Fluency in both Finnish and English, spoken and written.

Working hours:

Full-time, primarily standard office hours, with some flexibility based on operational needs.

Employment type:

Permanent position with an initial probationary period.

Location:

Client’s office in Helsinki.

By agreement.
