Shipping Coordinator – Drive Global Logistics Flows with Precision and Quality
Do you have experience in international logistics and a keen eye for detail? We are looking for a committed Shipping Coordinator who wants to contribute to efficient transport flows, accurate customs management, and smart logistics solutions – while being a key player in our global supply chain operations.
In this role, you will hold a central position within our logistics function, responsible for transport management, customs, delivery terms, Letters of Credit, and cargo insurance. You will collaborate closely with both internal teams and external partners, working proactively to ensure smooth and sustainable flows.
You will be part of a dedicated team and report to our Logistics & Sustainability Manager. The position is based in Sweden but carries global responsibility.
Your Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate national and international shipments with a focus on efficiency, sustainability, and delivery accuracy:
- Ensure correct customs handling, product classification, and regulatory compliance
- Handle imports, exports, and Intrastat reporting
- Negotiate Letter of Credit terms and secure accurate documentation
- Negotiate and follow up on agreements with carriers, freight forwarders, and warehouse partners
- Handle cargo insurance and incident management
- Actively contribute to the development of logistics processes and ways of working
Education
- Post-secondary education in logistics, supply chain, customs, or a related field – alternatively equivalent documented experience.
Knowledge
You should have solid knowledge in:
- International transport and trade logistics
- Customs handling and regulations, product classification, and rules of origin
- Incoterms
- Export/import compliance
- Letters of Credit
- Cargo insurance and knowledge of terms of carriage for different modes of transport
- Documentation related to international shipments
Experience
- At least 5 years of experience in international logistics or freight forwarding
- Experience working with multiple parallel flows in a high-paced environment
- Comfortable collaborating with both external suppliers and internal stakeholders

Other Requirements
- Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
