Preferred experience
✨ You’re a great match if:
You have 2+ years of experience driving operational excellence, process redesign, or automation initiatives in an ops/risk/compliance / product-ops environment (payments/fintech strongly preferred).
You can translate real-life operations into clear problem statements, requirements, and measurable KPIs — and you enjoy working end-to-end from discovery to rollout.
You are comfortable experimenting with AI tooling (LLMs, agents, automation platforms) and you understand the importance of controls, human-in-the-loop, and auditability in regulated environments.
You communicate clearly with both operational and technical stakeholders (Ops, Product, Data, Engineering, Compliance/Security) and can influence without formal authority.
You have (or have worked closely with) experience in a payment services provider or a bank — this is a plus.
You bring knowledge and an operational background in the payments/banking industry — this is a plus.
It’s okay if you don’t tick all the boxes — don’t let imposter syndrome prevent you from applying! 🙌
