Get familiar with Daos Hub’s production environment and internal workflows. Begin participating in filming from the first month, working closely with the team while helping develop and refine technical documentation based on existing setups. Gain a clear understanding of equipment, filming formats, and production standards.
Actively participate in video production, supporting podcasts, events, and social media shoots. Apply technical knowledge in practice, assist in setting up equipment, and contribute to ensuring high-quality audio and video output across different formats.
How You’ll Contribute

Film podcasts, events, and social media videos within our hub

Work both in-office and on location (e.g., client sites)

Prepare and set up cameras, lighting, and audio equipment based on shooting formats and client needs

Connect and test audio equipment, including microphones and lavalier systems
-
Monitor and control audio quality during recording

Ensure high video quality, including framing, focus, exposure, and other technical parameters
-
Offload and transfer footage from camera memory cards after filming
-
Ensure proper handling and basic technical maintenance of equipment

Adapt quickly to different production requirements and on-site conditions
What You Bring
-
Have 2+ years of hands-on experience in a similar role
-
Hands-on experience with Sony Alpha FX3 or similar professional cameras
-
Ability to work with lighting equipment and build lighting setups for different shooting formats

Experience with podcast and lavalier microphones, as well as other audio equipment
-
Experience with multi-camera shooting setups
-
Solid understanding of framing, exposure, white balance, focus, and overall technical quality control
-
High level of responsibility when working with professional equipment
