As our Business Development Manager, you are the engine behind Daos Hub’s growth. Your mission is to generate high-quality deal flow, convert opportunities into long-term partnerships, and continuously expand the value of our member ecosystem.

Your First 90 Days
- Deep dive into Daos Hub’s offering, positioning, and member profiles
- Understand current pipeline, ICPs, and sales materials
- Begin outbound and inbound pipeline generation
- Join discovery calls and start leading your own
- Own the full sales cycle end-to-end
- Structure and close your first deals (memberships, partnerships, bundles)
- Collaborate closely with Community Managers on upsell opportunities
- Identify gaps and inefficiencies in current BD processes
- Refine outreach strategies using AI and modern tools
- Build repeatable BD systems and playbooks
- Increase conversion rates and deal velocity
- Actively contribute to shaping Daos Hub’s growth strategy in Dubai
Days 1–30: Learn & Activate
Days 30–60: Build & Close
Days 60–90: Optimize & Scale
How You’ll Contribute
- Build and manage a high-quality inbound and outbound pipeline
- Run sharp discovery calls to deeply understand client needs
- Design and close tailored deals, partnerships, and custom offers
- Drive revenue through memberships, bundles, and strategic collaborations
- Partner with Community Managers to unlock upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Develop and optimize BD processes, systems, and workflows from scratch
- Leverage AI tools to increase outreach efficiency and personalization
- Track performance, analyze results, and continuously improve conversion metrics
What You Bring
- 3–5+ years of experience in B2B business development, partnerships, or sales
- Proven track record of closing deals, with clear, measurable results
- Experience operating in fast-paced startup environments
- Confidence in structuring and negotiating non-standard deals
- Hands-on experience building or scaling BD processes from zero
- Strong business communication skills (English C1+ or equivalent)
- High ownership mindset, adaptability, and a bias toward action
- Comfort working on-site in Dubai within a dynamic, high-performance team
