The Role
We are seeking a sharp, commercially minded Revenue Operations Analyst to report directly to the Head of FP&A and Business Operations7. In this role, you will be the engine room of our sales operations and revenue tracking. You won't just be managing spreadsheets; you will be translating business logic into actionable insights and strategic recommendations that drive sales velocity.
As a consultancy, our revenue pipeline and data hygiene are the lifeblood of our business10. We need someone who can manage complex CRM variables with accuracy, ensure pipeline integrity, and provide the critical data necessary for financial forecasting.
Key Responsibilities
Your core focus will be ensuring the health and predictability of the revenue pipeline through rigorous CRM management, data analysis, and cross-functional partnering.
Sales Performance & Strategic Analytics: Analyze, compile, and present complex sales performance data, transforming raw metrics into actionable insights for leadership. You will assist the Head of FP&A and management to project incoming revenue based on active sales pipeline and delivered projects.
CRM Management & Optimization: Govern for accuracy the full Salesforce lifecycle, including user management, contact/account creation, and training. You will ensure the setup and data entry is accurate. As well, tracking of progress in the CRM while proactively identifying and resolving process bottlenecks and proactively fixing sales data inaccuracies.
KPI & Dashboard Reporting: Assist in maintaining sales key reports and building ad hoc reports and insights in Salesforce or Looker. This includes tracking critical metrics such as Opportunity Win Rates, Booking vs. Target, and the ratio of New vs. Existing business.
GTM & Revenue Intelligence: Update Sales and GTM targets in Salesforce and ensure data is ingested correctly into reporting dashboards.
Sales Enablement & Support: Lead sales enablement and onboarding, providing comprehensive training and resource provisioning. You will maintain the central repository revenue processes and update Regional and Account-specific Rate Cards.
Data Integrity & Compliance: Conduct regional pipeline reviews to ensure data accuracy and monitor team adherence to established sales processes. Assist with the creation of rate cards for roles.
Your Profile
We are looking for a professional who combines technical CRM experience with the business acumen of a consultant.
Essential Knowledge & Experience:
CRM Expert: You have experience with Salesforce (including CPQ and Dataloader) and a commitment to maintaining clean, audit-ready pipeline data.
Data Driven: You possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to look past the numbers to understand the "why" behind sales performance and pipeline trends.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced level in Google Sheets/MS office (Pivot Tables, complex formulas) and experience with Looker or similar BI tools.Collaborative Mindset: You are a true team player, collaborating strategically with Delivery Operations and Finance teams to maintain holistic pipeline accuracy.
