We seek a diligent Sales Operations Specialist to support our growing global Professional Services team, reporting to the Global Director of Go-To-Market. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our team by managing crucial sales data, streamlining administrative tasks, maintaining our CRM systems, and assisting in the onboarding of new team members. Datatonic sales organisation is scaling across multiple geographies to support planned company growth, making sales operations a vital function to ensure the effectiveness of the sales team.

The Role:

  • Sales Data Management: Analyse, compile, and present sales data in a timely and accurate manner, providing actionable insights and recommendations to drive sales strategies and performance. Ensure the sales process is followed by the team and the sales directors are able to make data-backed business decisions.

  • Sales Collateral and Template management

  • Organising and maintaining sales collateral and sales process template for access by the sales team

  • Administrative Support: Serve as the primary support professional for the sales team, assisting with daily administrative tasks, scheduling, reporting, and documentation to ensure a seamless workflow

  • CRM Management: Oversee the updating and optimisation of CRM templates/process to reflect the latest sales processes and customer insights, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of sales activities. Proactively identify bottlenecks in the sales process and find ways to reduce them.

  • Onboarding Support: Facilitate the onboarding process for new sales team members, providing necessary resources, training, and support to ensure a smooth integration into the team and alignment with sales objectives

  • Sales Leadership Support: Collaborate closely with sales leadership to understand and implement strategic business improvement initiatives, ensuring that the sales team is equipped with the tools and information necessary for success

Requirements:

  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably in a sales environment, with a curiosity to learn more

  • Strong analytical, project management and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Confidence to challenge sales team members

  • Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on accuracy and timeliness

  • Experience in a professional services sales environment

  • Proven track record in sales operations or similar roles
