Responsibilities

• Responsible for the hiring of technical profiles from graduate to experienced level in different departments, for example trading, development, research and more
• Reviewing candidate applications, shortlisting and conducting interviews
• Ensuring an extraordinary candidate experience and continuously improving our processes
• Actively sourcing and establishing relationships with potential future hires
• Support campus recruitment efforts at national and international events
• Representing Da Vinci’s opportunities, values, and culture
• Contributing beyond core recruitment tasks on broader projects such as employer branding, employee retention, onboarding and campus initiatives 

Requirements

• 1 - 3 years of relevant experience with end-to-end recruitment, with a proven track record of success
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Organisational Psychology or a related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proactive attitude and adaptability
• Positive mindset, driven and passionate for what you do
• Located in/willing to relocate to Amsterdam
• Available for 40 hours a week on site
