Job Overview

We are looking for a Director of AI Transformation to join our AI department and work exclusively with our Public Relations team.

This role is dedicated to transforming the way our PR team operates — identifying manual, repetitive workflows and building smart, scalable automations using AI tools and no-code/low-code solutions.

The goal is simple: reduce operational workload, increase efficiency, and enable the team to focus on strategic, high-impact work instead of manual coordination tasks.

What You’ll Do:

  • Audit and map existing PR operational workflows

  • Identify repetitive/manual processes that can be automated

  • Design, build and implement AI-driven automations, agents and systems to support outreach, reporting, media tracking, and account coordination processes

  • Create structured workflows that reduce dependency on manual tasks

  • Train and support the PR team in adopting new AI-powered processes

  • Continuously improve and optimize systems based on performance and team feedback

  • Measure impact (time saved, error reduction, output increase)

What We’re Looking For:

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building AI products and agents.

  • 3+ years of experience in AI automation, operations optimization, or process design

  • Hands-on experience building automations with AI (Cursor, Claude code etc.) and workflow tools (Zapier, Make,N8N, Airtable, APIs, etc.)

  • Strong understanding of operational workflows

  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions

  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills

  • Experience working closely with non-technical teams

  • Experience in an agency and/or PR environment - a big advantage

  • Excellent communication skills and ownership mentality
