This role is for someone who moves fast, thinks bigger, and lives at the intersection of storytelling and social media. A visionary with the instincts of a strategist and the hands-on hustle of a creator, someone who can build a content engine that drives reach, engagement, and community at scale.

A rapidly growing health and wellness brand is looking for a Creative Brand Strategist who understands the platforms, knows what’s trending before it trends, and has the confidence to say, “I can take your social to the next level.” You’ll lead the creative direction, define the brand’s narrative, and build a social-first content strategy that captures attention and drives cultural relevance across every channel.

The Role:

● Salary: £60-70,000 but also to be discussed for the right person. 

● Working Hours: 40 hours p/w

Your duties will encompass a wide range of disciplines and skills, including strategy development, analysis, strategy execution and content creation.

The Role...

Creative Strategy & Leadership

  • Define and own the brand’s creative and social vision — from concept to execution.
  • Build and scale a high-performing content engine across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
  • Lead and inspire the creative and social media team to deliver bold, culture-driven ideas that cut through.
  • Translate brand strategy into scroll-stopping storytelling that drives growth, engagement, and advocacy.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to align creative direction with business goals.

Social Media & Content Engine

  • Develop and execute a social-first content strategy that balances creativity with performance.
  • Be hands-on in concepting, scripting, and overseeing daily content output, especially short-form video.
  • Identify and amplify cultural moments, trends, and conversations that align with the brand’s voice.
  • Optimise posting cadence, formats, and storytelling to accelerate reach and retention.
  • Build systems and processes that enable speed, agility, and consistent delivery of high-quality content.

Creative Production & Campaigns

  • Oversee production of video, photography, copy, and design assets with a focus on social storytelling.
  • Direct shoots and collaborate with creators, influencers, and freelancers to deliver best-in-class campaigns.
  • Partner with internal design, video, and marketing teams to ensure visual and narrative alignment.
  • Maintain a robust content calendar that drives engagement and brand momentum.

Performance & Insights

  • Analyse performance data to understand what resonates and iterate at speed.
  • Drive insights-led decisions on content formats, messaging, and platform strategy.
  • Stay relentlessly curious about new tools, technologies, and formats to keep the brand ahead of the curve.

Innovation & Trends

  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging platforms, and new creative approaches to ensure the brand remains cutting-edge and culturally relevant.
  • Test and introduce innovative formats, interactive content, and storytelling techniques to engage and grow audiences.

The Person...

  • A proven creative strategist or social-first brand builder with hands-on experience scaling channels on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Deep understanding of social algorithms, platform culture, and content virality.
  • Natural storyteller with exceptional creative instincts and a bias for action — you move fast and make things happen.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to connect brand narrative to audience insight and commercial growth.
  • Comfortable leading a team while also rolling up your sleeves to create, edit, and ship content.
  • Confident directing shoots, working with creators, and briefing videographers or editors.
  • Videography experience.
  • Strong understanding of analytics, engagement metrics, and creative optimisation.
  • Immersed in culture, wellness, and digital trends - you’re always five steps ahead.
  • Passionate about health, wellness, and community. You don’t just understand the space, you live it.
