Logistic Specialist

ISS International is looking for a Logistic Specialist to be based in Pemba (Mozambique)

Mission:

Assures carrying out necessary operations in respect of deadlines, custom clearance, transport and delivery of equipment and materials.

Tasks:

1) Follows up import, export, transit, despatch and transport custom papers.

2) Streamlined customs clearance and shipping processes to streamline supply chain operations and minimize delays.

3) Manage and coordinate shippers and/or despatchers.

4) Cooperate in management of transport insurance contracts with companies.

5) Manage Project Information System relating to materials handling, routinely updating relative data.

6) Plan transport with Expediting & Inspection Officer.

7) Ensure adherence to contractual services by suppliers and service providers, maintaining high service delivery standards.

8) Uses a dedicated computerized program for these activities

- Working schedule: 8 hours a day / 5 days a week
