At Teamtailor, we believe that diverse perspectives drive innovation and success. We’re looking for a passionate Revenue Operations Manager to help us empower our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. In this role, you’ll be a key connector—aligning systems, processes, and data to unlock growth in key markets. You’ll collaborate with regional leaders and our global RevOps team to turn big ideas into action, with a focus on performance insights, process improvements, and smart use of technology.

What You’ll Do!!

  • Be a strategic partner: Support Go To Market leaders across all regions as their go-to RevOps expert.

  • Turn Strategy into Action: Translate commercial strategy and business questions into clear analyses, actionable recommendations, and structured plans (think territory, quota, and forecasting).

  • Own Insights That Drive Action: Build, maintain, and evolve dashboards, reporting, and performance analyses across the funnel. Helping teams understand what’s working, what’s not, and where to focus next.

  • Raise the bar on data quality: Help ensure our GTM data is reliable, scalable, and actionable by improving data quality, governance, and consistency across systems

  • Collaborate Globally: Work with global operations and systems teams to roll out enhancements, automation, and new ways of working.

What You’ll Bring!!

  • 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Analytics, or similar roles. Ideally in SaaS or B2B tech, though we welcome candidates from a range of backgrounds

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with advanced Excel/Sheets and experience with BI tools.

  • Confidence working with Salesforce and other GTM systems, with a solid understanding of how data flows across the commercial tech stack

  • A knack for project management and driving cross-functional initiatives.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, fast-growing, and globally connected environment.

Nice to Have!!

  • Background in another fast-growing global Saas company. It is helpful if you know what good looks like in our industry.

  • Experience in an international business setting.

  • Background in management consulting, strategy, or business analysis.

  • Skills in SQL or other data querying tools.
