Following the merger of Decisions + ProcessMaker, we are growing our Revenue Operations team and looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to help support our global Sales organization.
About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with data, processes, and cross-functional teams.
In this role, you will partner closely with our Sales team to ensure deals move through the sales process efficiently and accurately. You will help prepare and review order forms, maintain Salesforce data, support reporting, and act as a trusted operational resource for our sales organization.

What You'll Do
- Review and manage order forms and sales contracts to ensure accuracy before execution.
- Support the Sales team throughout the deal process and help remove operational roadblocks.
- Help maintain accurate opportunity and pipeline data in Salesforce.
- Create reports and dashboards that help leaders make informed decisions.
- Assist with onboarding and training new Sales team members on tools and processes.
- Maintain sales documentation, templates, and process guides.
- Collaborate with Finance and other teams to support deal execution.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
What We're Looking For
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) is required, as you will work with international teams and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Commercial Operations, or similar roles.
- Experience working with Salesforce and/or HubSpot.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a SaaS or technology company.
- Knowledge of order form management or deal support processes.
- Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
- Familiarity with sales enablement tools such as Gong, Outreach, or ZoomInfo.
