Market Research is at the heart of a customer‑centric company. Market Researchers identify consumer insights and market trends to fuel our innovation pipeline (e.g., U&A) and improve our offer (e.g., concept testing). They also measure the effectiveness of our marketing spend (brand tracker, e‑reputation, pre‑/post‑campaign testing).
This role reports to the Head of Market Research and covers a wide scope, collaborating across Marketing, Data & Analytics, User Research, Partnerships, and Product.
What you will do:
Work across diverse projects, methodologies, and business questions
Design compelling research protocols (survey questionnaire design, qualitative moderation guides) tailored to business needs
Manage agencies end‑to‑end - from briefing to ensuring quality delivery and deadlines
Transform multi‑source data into clear narratives and actionable insights with business impact
Drive adoption of insights; support stakeholders by leveraging existing knowledge or designing ad‑hoc studies
Present data in visually intuitive and creative ways
