Payment Operations - Intern (m/f/d)

6 months internship from March/April 2026.

We are looking for a Payment Operations Intern to join the Payment Operations team within the Customer & Monetization Business Unit (Product & Tech division). You will work at the intersection of business and tech to build a clear view of how payments perform across Deezer’s platforms and markets.

You will report to the Payment Analyst and play a key role in monitoring and analyzing payment performance end-to-end, with the objective of highlighting improvement areas, investigating performance drivers and providing actionable recommendations to support decision-making and prioritization.

What you will do:

• Payment performance KPIs & automation: support the team in defining, calculating and automating key payment performance indicators, replacing manual tracking with robust and scalable reporting.
   
• Monitoring & visualization: build and maintain monitoring dashboards to spot trends and anomalies across payment methods and markets.
   
• Identify opportunities & propose improvements: proactively investigate performance drops or unusual patterns, dig into root causes,  challenge current subscription and payment flows by working closely with the Payment Engineering team to help specify, test and follow up on solutions once implemented.
