What you'll do
As a Guest Service Agent, you are the first and last face our guests see and that is what makes your role truly special. You welcome guests with a genuine smile and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out experience that sets the tone for their entire stay. You know the hotel and Amsterdam inside out, and you love sharing that knowledge by offering personalised advice on our amenities and the city's finest spots. You manage reservations and room assignments with efficiency and precision, and whenever a guest has a question or complaint, you handle it with the professionalism and empathy that define De L'Europe. You work closely with all other departments to ensure every guest experiences the Original Amsterdam Luxury we promise; every day, in every interaction.
Who you are
An enthusiastic professional with experience in guest service, preferably in the hotel industry
Excellent communication skills and a friendly, guest-focused attitude
Proficient in multitasking, even in busy situations
Knowledge of reservation systems and Opera PMS is a plus
Thrive in a dynamic environment and have an eye for detail
Flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Nice to have
Passion for luxury hospitality and the desire to contribute to unforgettable experiences
Experience with different cultures and languages
Local knowledge of Amsterdam for personalized guest recommendations.
