About Us
As a Duty & Safety Management Trainee, you will support the Rooms and F&B Department and the Management Team in managing daily operations within a luxury hotel environment. You will assist with ensuring a safe and guest-oriented environment in an organization where service at the highest level is central.

This internship provides hands-on experience in management, safety and high-end guest experience. You will work closely with almost all departments in the hotel. The perfect internship to discover and get to know a hotel in its whole.

What You Will Do
Representing management in their absence | Overseeing the F&B and Rooms departments and analyzing where support is needed | Preventing complaints of guests and incidents by acting proactively and appropriately where necessary | Learning to resolve ad hoc situations that could harm the hotel, its employees, and guests | Performing room inspections to ensure our standards are met | Ensuring a consistently high level of memorable 5-star luxury guest experiences across all departments of the hotel | Conducting regular security rounds throughout the hotel and outside the premises | Being aware of VIP arrivals and events in order to deploy the appropriate staffing levels.
