What You Will Do
As a Reservation Agent Trainee, you will be part of the Reservations team responsible for handling all guest bookings with the utmost attention to detail and personalized service. Learn and apply yield management principles and reservation strategies. This internship provides an opportunity to gain insight into the commercial operations of a luxury hotel, focusing on guest communication, revenue management principles, and cross-departmental collaboration
