Role Summary
Delinea is seeking a Senior Sales Operations Analyst based in Mexico City to support our America’s Strategic, Enterprise, Latin America, and Canada sales teams. This role is embedded directly with senior sales leaders managing Delinea’s largest and most complex prospects and customers, serving as their dedicated Sales Operations partner and one-stop shop.
This is a senior individual contributor role that requires strong business judgment, executive-level communication, and the ability to operate independently in high-stakes, ambiguous environments. You will participate in sales leadership forums, influence operational decisions, and translate growth strategy into scalable execution across analytics, process, and systems.
How This Role Operates
In this role, you will:
Serve as the dedicated, trusted partner for senior sales leaders and sellers across assigned sales teams
Be embedded in leadership meetings and act as the first point of contact for operational guidance, process optimization, and data-driven insight
Own the operational health, rigor, and scalability of your assigned sales portfolio
Balance near-term execution with forward-looking insight and strategic problem solving
Forecasting, Planning & Decision Support
Create clear visibility into pipeline health, forecast accuracy, performance trends, and risk areas
Partner with sales leadership to drive forecast rigor, deal inspection, and performance management
Help design and operationalize coverage models, territory structures, and capacity plans aligned to growth strategy
Support annual planning activities including territory design and quota setting
Process Ownership, Systems & GTM Partnership
Own and continuously optimize sales processes and workflows to reduce seller friction and improve execution
Identify inefficiencies or breakdowns and design scalable, governance-driven solutions that support complex deal cycles and regional nuances
Optimize use of forecasting and analytics tools to support senior sellers and leaders
Drive adoption of tools and processes through targeted enablement and reinforcement
Perform system and data investigations to ensure accuracy, integrity, and trust in outputs
Partner with other Sales Operations and GTM Operations Analysts to share insights, establish best practices, and develop repeatable operating models
Act as a thought partner within the GTM Operations Analyst community, elevating the overall impact of GTM Operations
What You’ll Bring
6–8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, or a similar role
Proven experience supporting sales teams and partnering with senior sales leadership
Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to connect GTM metrics to revenue outcomes
Advanced Excel skills and comfort with complex analytical models
Deep experience with Salesforce; administration experience or certification a strong plus
