Role Summary
The focal point between customers, riders, and restaurants, monitor the riders’ location and movement to make sure the orders are not delayed to our customers and report any suspicious issues that might impact the Dispatching KPIs.
What’s On Your Plate?
Handling the riders’ issues that might reflect on the delivery process.
Addressing problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutions.
Contacting our riders, vendors, and customers to solve any issue that might happen in the orders’ stages.
Supporting local and regional teams to proactively improve the delivery experience of our customers.
