Job Overview

As part of the Commercial team and reporting to the Retail Media Lead, this role is responsible for planning and orchestrating QC campaigns across Partnerships, Commercial, Ad Operations, and Marketing stakeholders.
The objective is to deliver impactful QC campaigns including seasonal events, product launches (new in-app media assets), regional campaigns, and other initiatives that drive sales and customer growth.

 

What's On Your Plate? 

  • Support end-to-end campaign planning and day-to-day coordination across Partnerships, AdOps, and Marketing teams.
  • Maintain and update campaign trackers, ensuring timely collection of inputs from all stakeholders.
  • Assist in preparing campaign briefs, documentation, and performance reports.
  • Facilitate smooth information flow across teams, proactively flagging risks or delays.
  • Collaborate with Regional teams to provide execution updates.
  • Ensure adoption of new in-app product assets and leverage them for campaign visibility.
  • Incorporate inputs from Commercial and Partnerships teams when building partner and seasonal campaigns.
  • Partner with Marketing teams to include campaigns in their communication plans.
  • Ensure campaigns are well executed and build campaign reports for the partnerships and commercial teams.
