As a People Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to our leaders, helping them unlock the full potential of their teams while fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and high performance. You will work closely with other People & Culture functions to implement impactful people strategies, ensure consistency across the business, and continuously improve the way we work. Our mission is to strengthen both the employee experience and organizational success — and you will play a key role in making that happen.
REQUIREMENT LIST
Bachelor's degree in related fields,
Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Partner,
A creative thinker and problem solver, comfortable with ambiguity and able to juggle competing priorities,
Strong interpersonal and communication skills,
Top-notch communication skills in English/Turkish,
Analytic thinking, analyzing and reporting capability.
RECIPE OF THE JOB
To be the first point of contact for the employees’ HR related requests for the responsible domain,
To work alongside with line managers to understand the business needs and develop customized solutions & projects,
Identify the development areas within the employee experience and give insights for developing solutions and implementing projects aiming to increase employee engagement,
Build strong relationships and trust with leaders and colleagues, offer HR expertise and coaching on people issues, assist leaders to gain a better understanding of employees' needs and career aspirations,
Work closely with leaders to analyze, anticipate and outline present and future organizational capabilities,
Following up HR budgets, norm headcounts and HR KPI’s
