Job Overview
- Responsible to maintain healthy lead pool for entire Sales Team. Make quality control calls to assess the performance of Leads.
- Collaborate with the freelance team to address any identified lead gaps in skills or knowledge.
- Develop and implement a systematic approach to assess the quality of leads. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to establish criteria for evaluating lead quality.
- Effectively assign leads to the sales team based on predetermined criteria. Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to bring in new leads from the market.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns aimed at lead acquisition.
- Conduct field visits to identify and secure new leads.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform.
- Utilize Salesforce to track and analyze sales data, providing insights for process improvement.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry, managing user access, and creating custom reports as needed.
- Act as a liaison between the sales and other cross-functional teams to address any operational challenges.
- Take ownership of special projects aimed at enhancing sales processes, efficiency, and lead generation.
- Collaborate with team members to implement new tools or technologies that can improve overall sales operations.
