As Regional Head of Business Development, you will be in the driver's seat of creating and delivering the strategy for the overall stability and scalability of TabSquare’s footprint as the leading player in the restaurant technology ecosystem across the regions. To succeed, you need to possess a blend of strong leadership, clear vision setting and an ability to drive execution of the strategy for TabSquare .
Responsibilities:
Responsible for company wide new acquisition targets and initiatives for Enterprise business division. This includes all aspects of business development activities including creation and execution of a detailed sales pipeline driving market share, increasing volume and delivering incremental revenue growth.
Create sales plans and budgets, outlining sales forecasts and sales quotas for the team and individual BD representatives.
Drive commercial go-to-market strategy for each market to identify new business opportunities to encourage further commercial success
Continuously improve the sales process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. This might involve refining lead generation, prospecting, and customer acquisition techniques.
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of business development professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations to maximize their potential.
Execute lead generation activities and promotions to drive awareness and accelerate initial adoption of the solution.
Negotiate, execute and manage the customer contract agreement process, ensuring global linkage of resources and information sharing.
Lead Sales enablement process to ensure the entire sales team across all countries are well equipped with organization product and process knowledge.
Lead salesforce implementation project for the organization with the project team.
