Job Overview

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our top vendors, fostering strong relationships to ensure successful partnerships between foodpanda and restaurant owners.
  • Identify and troubleshoot problem areas, proactively addressing issues to enhance loyalty and collaboration.
  • Renegotiate commission and exclusivity agreements with vendors to support the revenue stream and maximize profitability.
  • Coordinate with vendors to secure monthly deals and promotions, driving customer engagement and increasing sales.
  • Contact restaurants with high fail rates to investigate the reasons behind the failures and provide assistance to reduce these rates.
  • Collaborate with various departments to improve vendor performance and resolve operational challenges.
  • Coordinate and actively participate in offline events to promote foodpanda's brand and strengthen relationships with vendors and customers.
  • Provide operational and administrative support to ensure smooth business operations.
