- Identify, prioritize, and approach supermarket chains and independent grocery stores.
- Lead end-to-end deal cycle: prospecting → pitch → negotiation → contract → handover.
- Close partners with strong potential for q-commerce (assortment depth, delivery readiness, pricing competitiveness).
- Secure commercial terms aligned with marketplace profitability and growth.
2) Q-Commerce Readiness
- Assess partner operational capability for on-demand fulfillment.
- Align on assortment strategy (top SKUs, high-frequency items, private label, promos).
- Ensure partners can support fast picking, stock availability, and order accuracy.
3) Strategic Portfolio Building
- Fill geographic and category gaps in supermarket coverage.
- Balance acquisition between: Strategic chains and high-performing local supermarkets
4) Cross-Functional Execution
- Work with onboarding, operations, and catalog teams for go-live readiness.
- Align with marketing on launch campaigns and in-app visibility.
- Coordinate with finance/legal on contracts, billing, and compliance.
5) Performance Tracking
- Track funnel health: leads → meetings → signed → live.
- Monitor early performance of newly acquired partners: GMV ramp-up, assortment completeness, and availability & cancellations
- Provide market insights and competitor intelligence.
