Job Overview

1. Supermarket Acquisition

  • Identify, prioritize, and approach supermarket chains and independent grocery stores.
  • Lead end-to-end deal cycle: prospecting → pitch → negotiation → contract → handover.
  • Close partners with strong potential for q-commerce (assortment depth, delivery readiness, pricing competitiveness).
  • Secure commercial terms aligned with marketplace profitability and growth.

2. Q-Commerce Readiness

  • Assess partner operational capability for on-demand fulfillment.
  • Align on assortment strategy (top SKUs, high-frequency items, private label, promos).
  • Ensure partners can support fast picking, stock availability, and order accuracy.

3. Strategic Portfolio Building

  • Fill geographic and category gaps in supermarket coverage.
  • Balance acquisition between: Strategic chains and high-performing local supermarkets

4. Cross-Functional Execution

  • Work with onboarding, operations, and catalog teams for go-live readiness.
  • Align with marketing on launch campaigns and in-app visibility.
  • Coordinate with finance/legal on contracts, billing, and compliance.

5. Performance Tracking

  • Track funnel health: leads → meetings → signed → live.
  • Monitor early performance of newly acquired partners: GMV ramp-up, assortment completeness, and availability & cancellations
  • Provide market insights and competitor intelligence.
