Job Overview

  • Lead and oversee regional sales & partnerships across the Restaurant, Dark Stores & Shops verticals with CPGs and media agencies, ensuring alignment with the company's media business objectives.
  • Define and implement strategies to support multiple country Category Management teams in driving growth for partner brands through tailored media proposals, innovative ad solutions, and actionable consumer insights.

  • Build and nurture high-impact relationships with key retail media partners, serving as a trusted advisor and ensuring sustained collaboration.

  • Develop and deliver compelling, high-level sales pitches and media strategies that demonstrate the unique value of our multi-channel and multi-vertical advertising capabilities.

  • Drive the performance of advertising campaigns (both on-site and off-site fixed & biddable media placements), overseeing optimization processes, analyzing outcomes, and presenting insights that maximize brand growth and media ROI.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including Promotions & Campaigns, Marketing, and Creative, to ensure seamless execution of media solutions and alignment on overarching business goals.

  • Act as a thought leader in the retail media space, staying ahead of industry trends and identifying opportunities for innovation and growth within your market.

  • Mentor the team of Retail Media specialists, creating a collaborative work environment, setting and fulfilling growth strategy, and monitoring progress towards goals.
