Key Responsibilities
Performance Monitoring & Analysis
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across departments, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Provide regular reports and dashboards for the CEO and leadership team, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Assess the impact of strategic initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement.
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Develop frameworks and models to measure business performance and identify optimization areas.

- Support in setting targets and benchmarks for various business units.
Strategic Support & Insights
- Assist in business reviews, board presentations, and leadership discussions by providing relevant data and insights.
- Conduct deep dives into operational challenges and provide fact-based recommendations.
- Benchmark company performance against industry trends and competitors.
Project & Initiative Support
- Support the CEO Office in driving strategic projects and special initiatives.
- Work with different departments to implement performance improvement plans.
