The Mission
To design, launch, and scale delivery-first kitchen concepts specifically engineered for the Bangladeshi market. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on building a profitable, data-driven food portfolio that survives real-world constraints (infrastructure, churn, and high volume) while maintaining elite customer consistency.
Core Pillars of Responsibility
1. Concept Engineering (Delivery-First)
- Design for Durability: Build menus optimized for 25β35 minute delivery, heat retention, and packaging integrity.
- Ruthless Simplification: Launch high-repeat concepts; kill low-performers early. Success is measured by survival rate, not launch volume.
- Standardization: Create SOPs for prep workflows, hygiene, and waste control that work across cloud kitchens and partner-operated sites.
2. First-Principles Operations
- Deconstruct the Kitchen: Identify exactly what drives cost vs. customer value. Determine prep-to-fresh ratios and stress-test concepts for 2x volume spikes.
- Ground-Reality Solving: Resolve "imperfect market" challenges including supplier inconsistency, staff attrition, and infrastructure disruptions.
- On-the-Floor Presence: This is not a desk job. You will lead from the kitchen floor to ensure "paper plans" translate to "plate reality."
3. Data-Driven Optimization (Pandora)
- Iterative Learning: Use the Pandora data suite to hypothesize, test, and iterate on every SKU.
- Unit Economics: Own the P&L. Track contribution margins, repeat rates, and prep-time bottlenecks to drive profitability at scale.
- Translation: Convert complex data insights into simple, executable actions for kitchen staff.
