YOUR MISSION

The Director of Finance Performance (FP&A) owns the financial performance management of the company. This role ensures that strategy, planning, forecasting, and operational execution translate into strong financial outcomes. You will lead the FP&A and Controlling teams, drive financial discipline, challenge the status quo, and provide the leadership team with insights that enable faster, better decision-making.

Your mission is to:

  • Guarantee accurate performance visibility
  • Drive efficient allocation of resources
  • Ensure financial control, accountability, and speed
  • Improve company profitability through data-driven insights and operational partnership

THE JOURNEY

  • Lead FP&A and Controlling team, a team of 12-15 people in HQ and 15 more people internationally
  • Lead the full planning cycle: budget, long-term plan, quarterly forecasts, and monthly outlooks 
  • Build a strong performance framework: KPIs, dashboards, insights, and financial models
  • Drive scenario modeling and financial simulations to support strategic decisions
  • Partner with business units to evaluate investments and opportunities of profitability and growth
  • Act as the key finance counterpart for the C-Level as well as General Managers 
  • Oversee monthly closing activities in collaboration with Accounting while guaranteeing accuracy and integrity of financial statements
  • Ensure strong cost control, Opex discipline, and headcount governance
  • Support resource allocation decisions and ROI analysis
  • Identify risks and opportunities early, propose mitigations, and ensure execution
  • Challenge business performance through fact-based analysis and critical thinking
  • Own and propose Free Cash Flow generating initiatives
