As an Account Manager, you will be a Business Growth Catalyst. You will play a pivotal role in developing strategic partnerships to maximize revenue growth, improve partner profitability, and elevate the user experience. You will take full ownership of your portfolio, working autonomously while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.
THE JOURNEY
- Build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with Glovo’s partners, focusing on long-term collaboration and business growth.
- Proactively identify partner needs, challenges, and opportunities, providing tailored solutions to enhance performance.
- Analyze partner data to develop and implement customized strategies for revenue growth and operational efficiency.
- Lead negotiations for contractual terms, including commissions, promotional campaigns, and exclusivity agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, tech) to address challenges, drive initiatives, and optimize processes.
- Monitor and manage KPIs, such as GMV growth, operational performance, and user satisfaction, using reporting tools to track progress and make data-driven decisions.
- Design and execute Joint Business Plans (JBP) to align on shared goals and achieve measurable outcomes.
- Proactively engage churned or inactive partners, implementing strategies to re-engage and retain them.
