Lead Q-Commerce & Brands Ads - Moldova

THE JOURNEY:

• Groceries Senior Manager is a management position in charge of grocery chains (e.g. Linella, Bonus etc), pharmacies (e.g. Farmacia Familiei), IT shops (e.g. Bomba), flower shops and everything else that is not a restaurant 
• Responsibilities include: 

• • Devise the short-term and mid-term strategy to grow the business in Moldova (e.g. increase the number of orders and users) 
  • Bring new shops or grocery chains to sell through the app 
  • Manage the existing accounts, ensuring they offer on the app the same levels of service and selection as they do in their own shop 
  • Improve operational metrics, alongside the Operations Team (e.g. offer the lowest delivery time we can for the orders made through the app) 
  • Oversee the P&L 
  • Manage your direct reports, as well as the extended, indirect team
  • Work with a cross-functional local team (marketing, finance, procurement…) to achieve your goals 
  • Participate in global strategy meetings where you will work with the regional and global team to ensure the country is aligned with Glovo’s overall strategy 
  • Evaluate strategic opportunities, performing (together with your team) a broad range of quantitative and qualitative analyses.
