This role is for a senior leader (Head of Finance & Strategy) of Glovo’s Serbia team, who will lead the Finance team in Serbia and help in taking decisions that will shape the future of our business in the country and in the region

THE JOURNEY
- Lead the Finance Department in Serbia and help in taking decisions that will shape the future of our business in the country and in the region.
- GM right-hand in any finance & strategic topic.
- Manage operational information, financial statements and preparation of forecasts & budget.
- Be involved in management control: definition of procedures, the design of budget processes.
- Prepare & present monthly, quarterly / annual finance reports and analysis (P&L and cost-saving plans).
- Prepare analysis and justifications of actuals data, forecasts, and deviations.
- Study the viability of investments/projects - reports, strategic reorientation, etc.
- Assess new business opportunities and new vertical developments and changes.
- Incubate and lead the launch of new projects in the Country.
- Support & oversee if needed treasury/accounting.
- Support in monitoring financial policies.
- Support the preparation of Financial Statements.
- Supervise the relationship with third parties: external auditors, administrations, external consultants.
- Ad hoc analysis to provide the different managers with information for decision making.
