THE JOURNEY

  • Have an Important role in defining Glovo’s  local Marketing strategy, adapting global playbook to local needs. 
  • Apply your expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, and the presentation of data to see beyond the numbers and understand how our users interact with our consumer products, identify growth opportunities, and execute projects to drive growth and engagement
  • Understand local media landscape and define the right mix of digital/non-digital investment to maximize user base growth within the agreed CAC (Cost of Acquisition) targets.
  • Track the Market dynamics and competitor activities.
  • Lead local Marketing activations (offline and online) in coordination with Commercial/other involved teams
  • Own the tracking and expenditure of the Marketing budget for the country. 
  • Track and monitor key Growth metrics providing the appropriate visibility to stakeholders. 
  • Lead the ideation and execution of product changes that drive growth, partnering with Partner Operations, Operations, Finance, Content and Sales.
  • Establish shared vision across the company for growth product optimizations by building consensus on priorities leading to major product improvements.
  • Communicate and simplify concepts to the audience's needs
