Job Overview

We’re looking for a sharp, commercially driven and analytical leader to take charge of our most important restaurant partnerships in Ukraine — from global giants and biggest Ukrainian brands.

This is a high-impact, fast-paced role where you’ll shape how these partners grow with Glovo, lead a powerful team of strategic account managers, and work directly with Glovo’s leadership team to deliver results.

THE JOURNEY

  • Lead a team of Chains Account Managers responsible for Glovo’s top national and local partners, setting clear ways of working and raising the bar for performance.
  • Build and execute joint business plans with partners — from assortment and pricing strategies to co-funded promo campaigns and long-term commercial initiatives.
  • Use data and insights to diagnose challenges, identify opportunities, and design business proposals that drive revenue and ROI.
  • Be the face of Glovo to senior stakeholders on the partner side, building strong relationships and persuading them to invest more in the platform.
  • Operate with speed and clarity in a high-pressure, constantly changing environment — prioritizing ruthlessly and delivering impact under tight deadlines.
