YOUR MISSION
As our Business Analyst for Glovo Morocco, you will be key to achieving our Revenue Business Plan and significantly impacting the country's performance.
Your focus will be on unlocking growth by using data to generate commercial insights. You will shape the overall Commercial strategy in close collaboration with the Head of Commercial, as well as with various stakeholders at Headquarters and within the local team, to drive performance and maximize positive outcomes for our partners.

Key Responsibilities:
Driving Commercial Strategy & Data Optimization:
As a Senior Analyst - Commercial Projects based in our Casablanca HQ, you will be a key member of the Morocco commercial team, focusing on optimizing partner value and enhancing operational efficiency through data-driven initiatives.
Core Focus Areas:
- Partner Ads & Promos Strategy: Lead the strategy for Partner Ads and Promotions, including developing sales pipelines and conversion funnels. This involves improving processes and tooling to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Data & Reporting: Consolidate, optimize, and maintain all tools and reports required to track key KPIs and manage partner investments in Partner Ads. Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights to leadership to inform and refine ongoing strategies.
- Commercial Project Support: Support the Commercial team on various projects that require leveraging data and automation, such as Business Planning, partner P&L analysis, Account Manager (AM) portfolio management, and target setting.
- Product Enablement: Create clear playbooks that articulate the value proposition of our newest Ads products, differentiating our offerings to ensure maximum relevance and high conversion across various advertiser segments.
