Junior Rider Payments Specialist

At Foody, we’re committed to ensuring that our riders, who play a vital role in our delivery process, have a smooth experience. We’re looking for a Junior Rider Payments Specialist to manage rider payments and wallet systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all financial transactions.

What you will do:

• Design, analyze, and optimize rider compensation strategies.

• Maintain seamless payment operations, handling transactions with accuracy.

• Collaborate with leadership to design and roll out strategic initiatives aimed at improving logistics performance and rider experience

• Continuously evaluate the financial impact of payments models, ensuring they align with broader business goals. 

• Generate regular reports to make sure everything adds up, from rider earnings to payment schedules.

• Keep an eye out for ways to make the payment process faster, smoother, and more efficient.
