THE JOURNEY

• Recruit and train our Glovers (couriers).
• Be responsible for implementing processes and optimizing strategies for attracting and retaining Glovers.
• Solve problems and provide support to Glovers.
• Maintain documentation and contracts for Glovers.
• Handle procurement, ensuring all Glovers receive their work kits and are ready to spread the Glovo brand.
• Manage planning, general administration, and KPI analysis.
• Communicate effectively with the local operations manager regarding processes and customer support operations.
