You will have access to unlimited data to facilitate creative decision-making and cooperate with a world-class team that can turn your recommendations for the country’s operations into an efficient reality.

This role is for a senior leader within Glovo’s Operations team, dedicated to enhancing the experience of our couriers and partners while optimizing overall delivery operations.

THE JOURNEY

• Analysing relevant data to identify trends and build successful implementation strategies for our operations.
• Improving and contributing to the upgrading of the delivery time, the efficiency of the couriers and delivery’s costs.
• Closely cooperating with the global operations team and General Manager right-hand in any strategic topic.
• Ensuring operational excellence and stellar customer experience, by strategic management of supply chain status.
• Assessing strategic opportunities, performance of a wide range of quantitative and qualitative analyses
• Implementing, standardizing and executing processes in all cities
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders (couriers and third party logistics)
• Team Leadership & Culture: Develop and mentor team leads, fostering a high-performance culture and growing top talent.
