Data Analyst - Croatia (They/She/He)

YOUR MISSION

Join us and play a pivotal role in shaping Glovo's operations team in Croatia! We’re on the hunt for a dynamic Analyst who thrives at the intersection of creativity and data-driven precision, turning ambitious ideas into reality. In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for delivering actionable insights, analyzing data across 20+ cities. Your work will empower the team with the strategic intelligence needed to make high-impact operational decisions.

THE JOURNEY

• Provide analytical support to the team throughout deeper understanding of Glovo's operations model
• Perform analysis to come up with insights to help improve Courier KPIs
• Understand and fix data reliability issues
• Act as the main data POC for the department supporting with data, reporting and adopting a data driven approach
• Help to find insights through data analysis during the couriers first deliveries in order to maximize retention
• Own dashboards and build new tools to improve the visibility of metrics in the department
• Develop analytical frameworks and models for the area and be able to instruct and communicate for all the department
• Understand and deep-dive into the data to understand the reasons and the levers we can act upon to improve KPIs (and be accountable for them)
• Evaluate strategic opportunities, performing a broad range of quantitative analyses and A/B tests
• Understand local and regional needs, and put yourself in the skin of the courier
